Reduced entry fee until May 6th

The Organising Committee of the KIA Windsurfer European Championship 2026 in Attersee is pleased to announce an extension of the reduced entry fee deadline until 6th of May 2026.

We currently have 127 entries to date and look forward to welcoming more participants.

As previously advised, due to production lead times, personalised lycras will no longer be available for entries submitted after 30 April. This remains the final cut-off date for customised items.

Event Week Program

Tuesday, May 26

Welcome Day

As participants arrive and complete registration and equipment checks, light welcome snacks will be served.
In the evening, we’ll open the event together with freshly baked Flammkuchen — a warm and flavorful start to a great week on the water.

Wednesday, May 27

Salzkammergut Evening

Throughout protest time, enjoy free beer and non-alcoholic refreshments.
For dinner, experience genuine regional comfort food: traditional meatloaf with creamy mashed potatoes, crispy fried onions, and fresh salad – a hearty taste of the Salzkammergut.

Thursday, May 28

Upper Austria Evening

Again, free beer and soft drinks will be available during protest time.
Later, we celebrate the flavors of Upper Austria with Bratl in der Rein – tender roast pork served with bread dumplings, potatoes, and braised white cabbage. A rustic feast best enjoyed in good company.

Friday, May 29

Italian Evening

Free beer and non-alcoholic drinks accompany the protest period.
As night falls, let’s travel south to Italy’s table: classic lasagna and spinach lasagna with a crisp, fresh salad – simple, colorful, and always a crowd favorite.

Saturday, May 30

Austrian Evening

During protest time, free beer and soft drinks will again be served.
Our grand culinary highlight: a festive three-course Austrian menu — starting with pancake soup, followed by tender boiled shoulder with bread sauce, roasted potatoes, and vegetables, and finishing sweetly with homemade apple strudel.

Sunday, May 31

Celebration & Award Ceremony

Free beer and soft drinks during the final protest round.
We’ll close the week with the award ceremony and a relaxed get-together over light snacks — the perfect finish to an unforgettable event.
